Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Understanding of basic math functions for credit and financial information.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to identify current and future financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and approved tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish relationships with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and production goals and contribute to revenue growth.
• Provide guidance to CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the Financial Center Manager.
