Fifth Third Bank in Franklin, OH is seeking a Personal Banker I as part of a 4-8 week onboarding program. The role blends sales and service to meet financial needs and build customer relationships.

Selected candidates will rotate through operations and Sales & Service, achieving certifications to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family. Travel within the region may be required.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field or transferrable experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to sell and cross-sell financial products to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and recommend solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews and cross-sell.
• Assist with opening/servicing Retail products and loan processes.
• Build relationships with customers and partners to drive growth.
• Support risk and compliance policies and protect customer data.
