You will engage customers daily, open and maintain accounts, and help drive cross-sell opportunities through technology-enabled solutions and proactive guidance.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of teller experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to new software and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Engage daily with customers to build relationships and provide solutions.
• Open new accounts, perform maintenance, meet cross-sell goals.
• Provide sales, service and operational support to the retail team.
• Adhere to regulations and bank policies to ensure safety and soundness.
• Educate customers on technology usage like online/mobile banking.
