Job summary

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and cross-sell appropriately.
• Assist in scheduling appointments for financial reviews and outreach.
• Support teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff.
• Collaborate with partners across Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment teams.
