Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Retail Personal Banker I in the Eastman area. The role focuses on using a consultative sales process to identify and meet customer financial needs, acquiring new households and deepening relationships through in-branch and outreach activities.

The position includes processing teller transactions and contributing as a member of the platform staff while completing a 4-8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience with transferrable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell.
• NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsabilités

• Use consultative sales process to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and propose appropriate solutions.
• Schedule appointments for periodic financial reviews using CAMP and approved tools.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, and Commercial partners to provide holistic solutions.
