Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking entry-level Personal Banker I candidates who will complete a 4-8 week onboarding with rotations in operations and sales. The program emphasizes building relationships, meeting customer experience goals, and travel for training. A college degree or transferable experience is expected, with NMLS/S.A.F.E.

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant transferrable experience with sales/customer service.
• Familiarity with financial products and cross-selling to meet customer needs.
• Ability to perform basic math for credit and financial analysis.
• Must have or be able to obtain S.A.F.E. Act/NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify customer financial needs and build profiles.
• Cross-sell Retail banking products to new households and existing customers.
• Coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, etc.) to deliver solutions.
• Support risk management and adhere to bank policies and ethics.
