Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire customers and cross-sell.
• Ability to analyze credit/financial information with advanced math concepts.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication.
• Knowledge of Retail policies and procedures to exercise sound judgment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Build customer profiles using consultative sales and financial needs assessment.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and recommend solutions.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to refer customers for holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals; drive revenue growth.
• Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professional conduct.
• Answer questions confidently and protect confidential information.
• Adhere to policies and open/close processes and risk controls.
