Qualifications

• College degree or transferrable skills or experience in sales/finance.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process and Needs Assessment to identify customer financial needs.
• Cross-sell Retail products to existing customers and refer to partners.
• Coordinate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment teams as needed.
• Process teller transactions and support the platform staff while maintaining risk controls.
