Job summary

You will work with a platform staff, handle teller transactions, and participate in training to advance within the Retail Personal Banker family.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience with transferable skills.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Ability to engage in sales activities to acquire customers.
• Understanding of advanced math for credit analysis.
• Professional representation of Fifth Third Bank.

Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process to identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products/services and advise solutions.
• Utilize CAMP and marketing tools to set appointments for reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales.
• Collaborate with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment partners.
• Meet/exceed customer experience and revenue goals.
• Guide CSRs with respect to sales and referrals.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain ethical behavior.
• Support opening/closing of Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed.
• Help mitigate fraudulent activity and manage risk.
