Job summary

You will process teller transactions as a platform team member, with emphasis on new household acquisition and cross-selling, while adhering to risk and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience required.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Proven ability to develop comfort with sales activities.
• Strong math skills to analyze credit and financial information.
• Professional appearance and effective written/verbal communication.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales process to identify customer financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and cross-sell solutions.
• Set appointments for periodic financial reviews with clients.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities.
• Build relationships with Mortgage, Small Business, and Investment partners.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals.
• Promote customer satisfaction with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Follow policies and risk management procedures.
