Frost is seeking a Personal Banker I in Texas to be the trusted first contact for customers, delivering friendly service and expert guidance on deposits, loans, and accounts. You’ll balance teller duties with advisory responsibilities, building lasting relationships while adhering to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

You will operate in a fast-paced, integrity-driven environment, supporting customers’ financial journeys and contributing to Frost’s 150-year legacy of banking excellence

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Cash-handling experience desired.
• Experience with fraud protection and customer trust.
• College hours or progress toward degree.

Responsabilités

• Provide coverage in personal banking and teller services while meeting performance standards.
• Educate customers on deposits and loans and assist with service needs.
• Uphold integrity and exercise good judgment in every situation.
• Deliver teller services including deposits, payments, and check cashing per policy.
• Maintain cash on hand and settle teller transactions daily.
• Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
• Attend teller and personal banking training to stay updated on policies and laws.
• Develop client relationships as their main point of contact.
• Provide guidance to help customers on their financial journey.
