Qualifikationen

• Ability to work with the public; prior client service experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge to communicate effectively with the team and customers; understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and calculate transactions.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during peak periods and manage multiple tasks; organize work and edit documents for accuracy.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers, phones, fax, scanners, printers).

• Create a positive client experience in a warm, welcoming environment.
• Process client transactions promptly, accurately, and courteously.
• Build relationships with existing and new clients and identify needs to offer appropriate products.
• Educate and demonstrate bank products to enhance the client experience.
• Follow security protocols to protect clients, staff and the bank.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, checks and transfers; assist with complex transactions.
• Handle cash accurately; follow dual control procedures.
• Mitigate fraud by understanding client activity and security policies.
• Assist with account maintenance such as address changes and disputes.
• Balance daily transactions and cash totals; report variances to supervisor.
• Adhere to bank policies and federal/state regulations.
• Attend frontline and branch meetings; implement new practices.
• May assist at other branches as needed.
• Collect client information for opening new accounts; assist with openings.
• Other tasks as assigned.
