• Supports and backs up the team in teller, vault, and safe deposit box areas as needed.
• Provides open-ended questioning to uncover needs and recommends appropriate products and services.
• Demonstrates ability to close the sale and drive customer engagement.
• Documents customer information promptly in the Bank’s system of record.
• Opens new accounts for consumers and businesses in compliance with CIP and BSA policies.
• Cross-sells additional Bank products and services.
