PNC is seeking a Personal Banker to strengthen the branch banking team in the Mountain Region. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening customer relationships, driving sales, and delivering a differentiated customer experience.

You will engage customers through in-branch interactions, outbound calls, and ecosystem partnerships to grow share of wallet while using technology to enhance financial wellbeing. A background in banking and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• No degree required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Background checks as required by CFPA/FDI regulations.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and expand branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drive proactive sales via outbound calls, lobby engagement, and appointments.
• Present PNC solutions to increase share of wallet and customer loyalty.
• Educate customers on using technology and tools to manage finances.
• Maintain risk controls and adhere to policies in daily branch operations.
