The role focuses on acquiring and deepening our branch customer base through proactive sales and excellent service, leveraging PNC solutions to grow revenue and loyalty. The successful candidate will engage in outbound and lobby activities, educate customers on digital tools, and collaborate with partners to expand the wallet share while managing risk and ensuring

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent plus related experience.
• 3+ years experience in banking or customer service.
• Ability to leverage technology to enhance customer experience.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
