Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Personal Banker based at the Meridian Branch in Okemos, MI. This in-office role focuses on proactive sales and service to deepen the branch customer base and improve customers' financial wellbeing.

You will deliver full PNC conversations, leverage ecosystem partnerships, and educate customers on digital tools to manage transactions while maintaining risk controls and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree typically required.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
