Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or currently attending high school.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of balancing cash receipts and maintaining accuracy in a high-volume sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with cash receipts and payments.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production as directed.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the sales environment.
• Process deposits, balance daily transactions, and issue receipts.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Operate computer systems and bank equipment; stand/walk as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
