The role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a teamwork-oriented mindset to deliver accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a team and with coworkers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Process deposits, cash withdrawals, wires and money orders per procedures.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain accurate records and balance daily operations; ensure punctual attendance.
