Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and handle cash transactions in a high volume sales environment.
• Advise customers on bank products and services to support financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily transactions, and record activity.
• Verify cash and checks, endorsements, and detect counterfeit items.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts; handle money orders, wires, and CDs.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; adhere to authority limits.
