Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of sales and service experience in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Must register as a mortgage loan originator with the NMLS before related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell banking products.
• Promote bank products and refer inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Develop new relationships and manage a book of business.
• Respond to customer needs with financial transactions and services.
• Ensure operational risk and compliance per bank policies.
• Handle transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments.
