Job summary

Provident Bank in the Central NJ/PA region seeks a Personal Banker (Float) to build relationships with customers, open accounts, cross-sell products, and deliver exceptional service across branches in Flemington, Doylestown, Newtown, Bridgewater, and Somerville.

The Float role requires willingness to travel between branches, adapt to daily needs, and balance cash drawers while meeting sales goals. Banking knowledge and a customer-first approach are essential for success at Provident Bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior sales/service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales referrals and cross-sell products to satisfy customer needs.
• Open accounts, service relationships and process deposits/loans as needed.
• Cross-reference banking products and refer to specialists when appropriate.
• Balance cash drawers and meet branch sales goals daily.
• Assist in end-of-day procedures and branch operations as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Provident Bank products.
