Firefighters First Federal Credit Union invites you to join our Memphis branch as a Financial Service Consultant II (Personal Banker). You will establish and grow member relationships, guiding them through deposits, loans, and accounts while delivering a full-service experience.

We seek a proactive team player with at least 2 years in a credit union or bank setting, who can open accounts, process loans, and maintain member trust in a service-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank setting.
• Proven initiative and proactive member interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with consumer loan applications and processing.
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions.
• Team player mentality and positive work environment contribution.
• Passion for serving the community.
• All candidates bondable and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet members’ financial needs.
• Assist members with consumer loan applications.
• Process and manage member accounts and transactions (deposits, investments, new/sub-accounts).
• Process cash transactions, maintain cash drawers and vault balances.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and uphold the credit union’s values.
