Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a personal banker at a credit union or bank setting.
• Proven track record of taking initiative and proactive member interactions.
• Experience with consumer loan applications.
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions.

• Passion for serving the community.
• All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Establish new member relationships and interface with members to provide a full-service experience.
• Recommend financial products and services to meet members’ needs.
• Assist members with completing consumer loan applications.
• Process and manage member accounts and related transactions (deposits, investments, sub-accounts).
• Process cash transactions, maintain cash drawers, and vault balance.
• Foster teamwork and uphold the credit union’s values with professionalism.
