PNC is seeking a Personal Banker in Rising Sun, Maryland to grow the branch customer base through proactive sales and service. You will influence the customer experience and leverage ecosystem partners to expand share of wallet while promoting PNC solutions to drive loyalty.

Role requires relationship-building, adherence to risk policies, and collaboration with branch teams to ensure accurate daily operations and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent and related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically 3+ years of experience; military service may be considered.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service.
• Manage customer experience to improve financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty; execute defined sales process.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, service-to-sales, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and exercising sound judgment.
