Qualifications

• Typically requires 3+ years experience in banking.
• Associates or equivalent degree preferred or may be substituted by relevant experience.
• Education: No Degree

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined sales process and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by positioning PNC products.
• Applies product knowledge to identify and solve customer problems.
• Manages risk, adheres to policies, and supports branch daily operations.
