• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions and appointment setting.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures and ensure branch operations are efficient and accurate.
