The role involves handling cash, processing deposits, and balancing daily transactions while cross‑selling bank products to a diverse client base that includes a large Spanish‑speaking population.

The position requires a minimum 18 years of age, a high school diploma or current enrollment, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Six months of work experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to work well with coworkers in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash in a high volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies according to bank direction.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in an active sales environment with in-store prospecting.
• Process deposits and pay out funds; balance daily operations.
