First National Bank Texas is hiring a Teller to assist customers with cash transactions, accounts and service needs in a high-volume branch. You will verify deposits, process withdrawals, cross-sell bank services, and ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

The role requires a high school diploma or current student status, at least 6 months in retail or customer service, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous customer service with cash receipt and payment in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and suggest bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production targets.
• Process deposits and cash transactions accurately and balance daily operations.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; work in a busy, potentially noisy environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
