The role requires active collaboration with the branch team to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling teller transactions, promoting products, and maintaining confidentiality while following security policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Two or more years of related experience in Financial Services industry.
• Basic knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective selling and referral skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Offer and sell bank products to consumer and small business customers.
• Operate teller window regularly to meet branch needs.
