You will greet customers, perform needs-based assessments, open accounts, cross-sell, handle transactions, and coordinate with specialists to support lending, investments, and treasury services. This role concentrates on growing a personal banking book and may involve licensing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months providing sales/service to customers in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet sales referrals and cross-selling goals by knowing the features and benefits of all products and services to satisfy customer needs.
• Promotes bank products and refers or resolves inquiries concerning accounts or other services.
• Cross-sell to branch manager or partners.
• Manage and grow a book-of-business focusing on retention and relationship development.
