Qualifications

• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services to support their financial success.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production as directed by management.
• Cross-sell bank services and assist diverse customers, including Spanish speakers.
• Process deposits, cash withdrawals, and verify transactions and endorsements.
• Enter transactions into computer systems and balance daily operations.
