Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle cash receipts/payments in a high-volume setting.
• Evaluate customer relationships and accounts to offer bank products and services.
• Follow policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
• Aim for monthly new account production targets.
• Participate in in-store prospecting in a sales environment.
• Process deposits and cash withdrawals and balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts, and check endorsements.
• Examine cash for counterfeit concerns and proper identification.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
