Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with cash receipts and payments in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Process deposits, issue receipts, balance daily transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Cross-sell bank services and support diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
