Blaze Credit Union in Inver Grove Heights is hiring a Personal Banker to serve as the frontline financial guide for Members. You will engage with members to understand goals, assess needs, and recommend tailored products and services that support their financial journey.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of experience in financial services, including opening accounts, lending, and pipeline management.
• Eligible to obtain an NMLS ID within 30 days of hire.
• Proven experience as a personal banker or in sales and customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs.
• Open and process changes on Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, and other accounts.
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines.
• Build meaningful relationships through excellent service and face-to-face interactions.
• Support the team to meet Blaze's growth objectives.
