Job summary

Blaze Credit Union in St. Paul is hiring a Float Personal Banker to serve Members across branches. You’ll educate members, open and modify accounts, assist with loans, and build lasting relationships while supporting Blaze’s growth.

This full-time role offers a consistent schedule, weekend rotations with time-and-a-half on Saturdays, competitive wages, and benefits including healthcare, 401(k) contributions, tuition reimbursement, and vacation.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in financial services.
• Opening new accounts experience.
• Lending experience and pipeline management.
• Eligible to obtain an NMLS ID within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on Blaze services to meet their needs.
• Open and process changes on Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement and Business accounts.
• Oversee consumer loan process following guidelines.
• Build meaningful relationships through excellent service.
• Support team to meet Blaze's growth objectives.
• Demonstrate Blaze’s Core Values in daily work.
