Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Personal Banker at the Woodbury East branch. You will educate members, open and modify accounts, and guide lending while building lasting relationships through face-to-face service.

The role offers a 40-hour work week with occasional Saturdays, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will embody our values and contribute to community growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in financial services, including opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID within 30 days of hire.
• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; sales and customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on optimizing Blaze's services to meet their individual needs.
• Open and process changes on Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts.
• Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines.
• Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction.
• Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives.
