The role requires a minimum of a High School degree and two years of experience in financial services. Competitive wages start at $25.20/hour, with opportunities for bonuses and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience working in financial services.
• Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent is preferred.
• Eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services.
• Perform duties related to account types including checking and savings.
• Support the consumer loan process following approved guidelines.
• Create meaningful relationships through excellent service.
