Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking an Online Branch Personal Banker in Minneapolis to deliver exceptional member service and strengthen relationships with Blaze products and services. You will open accounts, guide members financially, support lending, and engage members via web chat, email, and secure messaging.

The role emphasizes meeting sales, referral, service, and NPS goals, while promoting digital banking and staying current on Blaze offerings.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skill of selling, including the ability to identify member’s needs to explain features and benefits of Blaze services and to close sales opportunities.
Well organized, efficient, detail-oriented and able to work independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

Open and process changes for savings, checking, and certificate accounts.
Assist members via digital channels (web chat, email, secure messaging).
Respond to member inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
Demonstrate and support digital banking services and self-service tools.
Identify member needs and recommend appropriate financial products and services.
Create a member-centric experience through personalized service and financial solutions.
Conduct outbound calls and other outreach activities to members who may benefit from additional products and services.
