Academy Bank is seeking a motivated Personal Banker to deliver fast, personal service and build lasting relationships with clients in a dynamic banking center. You will open accounts, process transactions, and educate customers on digital banking tools to enhance their financial well-being.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and sales skills, with a focus on meeting daily and monthly targets and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide fast, easy, and personal client service aligned with company standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote bank products and services to clients and prospects through direct conversations and materials.
• Meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Build relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and referral flow.
• Open checking and savings accounts; process transactions; recommend credit products and loans.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and assist with online, mobile, and remote banking features.
• Refer products to other bank lines and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper documentation for account openings and cash handling.
