Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and focused on delivering an excellent client experience. You will build relationships, understand client financial needs, open accounts, process transactions, and educate customers about digital banking.

In this full-time role, you will meet sales goals, partner with local businesses, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting client information.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior banking experience preferred.
• At least 6 months client service experience preferred.
• At least 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• NMLS license and registration ability required.

Mansioni

• Provide fast, friendly, and personal service; resolve client issues and follow through.
• Promote banking products to clients and prospects.
• Open checking and savings accounts; process transactions; recommend products.
• Refer products to other lines and educate clients about digital banking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and protect client information; maintain logs and records.
