Responsibilities

• Provides fast, easy, and personal client service while resolving issues and building relationships.
• Promotes banking products and services to clients and prospects.
• Achieves daily, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Develops relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities.
• Opens accounts, processes transactions, and recommends products.
• Educates clients on digital banking platforms and features.
• Refer products to other lines and maintain client relationships.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper documentation.
• Protects client information and follows policies.
• Supports banking center operations and cash handling under supervision.
• Keeps up with regulations and completes monthly training.
