Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of banking or relevant sales experience
• Prior NMLS licensing required
• Ability to obtain a state notary license

• Actively develop new business and deepen client relationships through sales activities and presentations
• Provide fast, easy, and personalized service, resolve issues, and own client needs
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and retention goals through effective relationship management
• Identify client financial needs and offer tailored deposit, digital banking, credit card, and lending solutions
• Educate clients on digital tools to increase adoption and improve experience
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referral opportunities and ensure comprehensive solutions
• Accurately open and service accounts, process transactions, and maintain required documentation in accordance with procedures and regulations
