Job summary

Academy Bank is seeking a Personal Banker focused on building and deepening client relationships while driving sales of bank products. You will open accounts, advise clients on digital tools, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, compliance, and delivering an exceptional client experience in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in banking or relevant sales experience required.
• NMLS licensing required and ability to obtain a state notary license.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop new business and deepen existing client relationships through promotion of bank products via calls, meetings, and group presentations.
• Deliver fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving issues promptly and building lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales, referral, and client retention goals through effective relationship management.
• Identify client financial needs and provide tailored solutions including deposits, digital banking, credit cards, and lending products.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools and self-service channels to increase adoption.
• Collaborate with internal partners to identify referrals and ensure comprehensive financial solutions.
• Accurately open and service accounts, process transactions, and document in accordance with procedures and regulations.
