Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of teller and new account functions and bank regulations.

• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and employees in day-to-day branch operations.
• Open/close branch and perform teller duties (deposits, withdrawals, checks, endorsements).
• Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide legendary service and resolve customer inquiries and problems.
• Adhere to branch procedures and regulatory requirements including BSA and information security.
• Supervise indirectly internships or staff in daily tasks, coaching and motivating.
