Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support coordinating with artist and management.
• Manage calendars, travel, reservations, errands, and daily tasks.
• Coordinate logistics for recording sessions, rehearsals, meetings and appearances.
• Assist with on-the-road needs alongside tour manager including transportation and accommodations.
• Handle backstage preparations, hospitality and day-of-show logistics.
• Assist with personal and household tasks as needed and travel extensively.

Personal Assistant to Recording & Touring Artist

Hybrid Personal + Professional Role — Contract Position

About the Role

A recording and touring artist is seeking a highly organized, solution-oriented assistant to provide both personal and professional support. This is a contract position based in the Denver area, with the option for a hybrid remote arrangement. The role calls for flexibility, sharp communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment. Studio/recording experience is a plus, along with the willingness to travel on tour and help manage day-to-day personal and household needs. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Artist & Professional Support

• Provide administrative and logistical support, coordinating closely with the artist and their management team
• Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, reservations, errands, and daily tasks
• Support logistics for recording sessions, rehearsals, meetings, appearances, and other professional commitments

Tour & Travel Support

• Assist with on-the-road needs alongside the tour manager, including transportation, luggage, hotel accommodations, scheduling, and personal belongings
• Help with backstage preparations, hospitality, and other day-of-show logistics

Personal & Household Support

• Handle everyday errands such as coffee/grocery runs, laundry, purchases, package pickup/drop-off, doctor appointments, and other personal logistics
• Provide occasional support with family-related scheduling and light household duties as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience as a personal assistant or artist assistant
• Background in music, entertainment, touring, or another fast-paced creative industry
• Recording studio experience preferred
• Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and a strong problem-solver
• Comfortable juggling professional, personal, and travel-related responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Willing to travel extensively and work non-traditional hours
• Valid driver's license required

Compensation

$55,000–$70,000 (contract), commensurate with experience.
