A premier investment firm is seeking a high-touch Personal Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive. Operating within a collaborative team structure, this role functions as the central operational anchor for personal, lifestyle, and household affairs.
- Location: Midtown NYC, working from the corporate office with flexibility to travel to local residences as required.
- Hybrid: 4 days in-office / 1 day remote weekly
- Core office hours are generally 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with a 24/7 mindset for urgent, time-sensitive matters.
Base Salary: Competitive and fully commensurate with experience from $150-250k base range + discretionary bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Design and execute seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, managing private aviation, luxury accommodations, ground transport, and dining arrangements.
- Maintain complex personal and family schedules, ensuring synchronized alignment between commitments.
- Assist with comprehensive lifestyle operations, including personal errands, procurement, gift sourcing, dynamic reservations, and ad‑hoc family initiatives.
- Direct operations for multiple private estates, serving as the chief liaison for domestic staff, vendors, contractors, and property management teams.
- Oversee residential maintenance, capital improvement projects, and ongoing repairs; ensure all properties are fully prepped, stocked, and staffed prior to family arrivals.
- Maintain flexibility to handle hands‑on household tasks, vendor oversight, and local property visits as needed.
- Plan and execute private events, family dinners, and special gatherings managing guest logistics, RSVPs, and live event execution.
- Manage personal contact databases and coordinate major annual mailings and family projects.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE
- Minimum 5+ years of high-touch Personal Assistant or Estate/House Manager experience supporting C-suite executives, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), or prominent private family offices.
- Proven track record of managing residential staff and multi-property operations.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (advanced calendar management). Familiarity with modern productivity and AI workflow tools is a plus.
- Combines systematic organization and project management skills with intellectual agility and natural adaptability when priorities shift.
- Demonstrates extreme foresight; routinely anticipates friction points, develops contingency plans, and resolves issues before they accelerate.
- Must have a warm, team-oriented personality capable of building strong, trusting relationships.
