You will partner with individuals, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement and monitor plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes in a supportive, community-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid New York State driver's license with a driving record meeting agency requirements.

Responsibilities
