Job summary

Mosaic Beatrice, located in Beatrice, Nebraska, is hiring a Case Manager to support person-centered planning for up to 22 individuals. This full-time, salaried role emphasizes advocacy, critical thinking, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field and 3+ years of experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Certification in QIDP and CPR/First Aid is required or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or closely related field is required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is preferred.
• QIDP certification (or state requirements), Med Aide 40, CPR/First Aid and Mandt certification are required or must be obtained after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of up to 22 individuals with individualized plans.
• Lead annual meetings and assessments (CFA, POM, SIS) and participate in Human Rights Committee processes.
• Collaborate with Home Supervisors, families, guardians, and Service Coordinators to drive admissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach direct care staff in behavior modification techniques and help develop innovative service methodologies.
• Maintain high standards with thorough, professional documentation.
