Qualifications

• Excellent communication and empathy when interacting with seniors and families.
• Compassionate, patient and caring approach in daily caregiving.
• Willingness to obtain HCA registration and pursue required background checks.
• Authorized to work in the United States and comply with local regulations.
• Ability to document progress and communicate with the care team clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal prep and reminders.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment and respect client routines.
• Foster meaningful relationships with clients and families through clear communication.
• Document progress and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality care.
