Job summary

Arosa in Ventura, CA is seeking caring caregivers to assist seniors at home. You will provide companionship, help with ADLs, meal prep, light housekeeping and medication reminders, while documenting progress for the care team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and with clients and families.
• Compassionate personality with a patient, kind approach to seniors.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks.
• HCA registration or willingness to obtain in California.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
